Postpartum Doula Package (DAY SHIFT)

A postpartum doula is an integral part to your postpartum tool-box mommy.

I am here to help with your physical and or emotional recovery after birth. My role is to  assist with care related to the newborn. The assistance provided includes:

* Washing essential bottle items

* Newborn Clothing laundry and folding

* Bottle prep/ Breast milk storage

* Preparing Light meals for moms nutrition

**Full payment is required upon hire. All services will adhere to contract terms and agreements. The shift is in 4 hour increments only.
